Ogami Island is a serene and lush island floating in the Seto Inland Sea. However, it has now become a land full of desire and madness. The previously contained infection disaster of UNKNOWN-LEVEL4 has resurfaced on this island. The city is filled with numerous infected individuals who roam around, and ○○ acts by them take place everywhere.
To escape from this chaos, Makoto, Ayatsuki, Akari, and Taya travel through the forest on the outskirts of the city. They realize that blindly moving forward may be dangerous, so they decide to head towards a shrine where Taya’s friend, Reo Murakami, is located.
The infection spreads faster than expected, and infected individuals roam even in the seemingly deserted forest. Moreover, the pheromones released by young girls indicate to the infected individuals where they can find their prime prey.
